causing fracture and pattern.

Investigation:
- X-Ray
- MRI
- CT-Scan
Symptoms:
- Pain
- Swelling
- Bruising
- The patient cannot move the affected area

Cause:
- Accident
- Osteoporosis

- Etc.

Physiotherapy Management:
- In non-operative cases:
After 4 weeks of immobilization
Hot fermentation for stiffness
TENS for pain relief
Paraffin wax also help to reduce stiffness
Range of Motion Exercise
Mobilization
Strength Exercise
- In operative cases
Day after operation
Ice pack for inflammation, swelling and redness
Eltrotherapy is contraindicated
Rom exercise in starting
Then strength exercise
Factor that effect healing:
- Age
- Type of Bone
- Pattern of Fracture
- Disturbed Pathoanatomy
- Type of Reduction
- Immobilisations
